We had a great stay at this hotel! Best aspects were the cleanliness of the room, which was very comfortable. The bathroom seemed almost new. The staff was one of the highlights, with Richard being particularly flexible and supportive. He was available even during late night hours over the phone.

My 4th stay at this hotel. 3 nights on this occasion. I would stay again in the future. Beautiful location in countryside on banks of River Rhur, with riverside walks from hotel door. But within 20 minutes drive of main Rhur cities and towns. Friendly, helpful owner managers and staff. Comfortable and very clean. Good breakfast. Free expresso coffee all day. No restaurant in evening but owners will recomend places to eat. Landhof restaurant next door is superb.

The room was clean and comfy, and the location was convenient for getting around town. I appreciated the friendly staff.
My Xmas vacation was a real letdown. Unfortunately, the hotel seemed to have no spirit for the holiday season.

the hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
